We provide professional thermal imaging, predictive maintenance, and electrical inspection services. We operate in accordance with relevant New Zealand standards and regulations. Our reports are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection.
While we use advanced technology and certified operators to detect faults, we cannot guarantee detection of every possible defect. Conditions inside equipment can change rapidly. SuperVision Services Limited is not liable for subsequent equipment failure occurring after an inspection, except where such failure is directly due to our proven negligence.
The client must ensure safe access to all equipment to be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse service if our operators deem the environment unsafe or if equipment covers cannot be safely removed.
Invoices are payable within the requested timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 20th of the following month). We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
